What is Crossfit?
Crossfit is a training method that includes multiple exercises and aims to improve the person by using it in a system.
Every athlete, whether at the beginner level or much more advanced, can do crossfit training scaled according to his/her level, without age or gender discrimination, with appropriate training programs.
